*TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The lottery drawings will take place on the Friday three weeks prior to the respective meeting.
2. Sole prize winner of the travel money will be chosen randomly from the entries received by Lonza Cologne GmbH (?Lonza?) until the Thursday three weeks prior to the respective meeting.
3. The winner will be notified by e-mail. All decisions are final. Any recourse to courts of law are excluded.
4. The prize is non-transferable.
5. Travel money will be provided in the form of reimbursement for expenses associated with attending the above listed scientific conference or another conference of your choice taking place within 12 months of prize notification.
6. Reimbursement may be applied to the registration fee, and/or to the costs of travel, accommodation, and meals. Lonza will provide reimbursement up to the award amount of 500.00 US dollars or the equivalent in your respective currency upon submission of receipts that clearly state the purpose, amount and date of eligible charges.
7. Prize winner(s) is responsible for any and all taxes that might be incurred on prizes received.
8. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or institutional policy. If a winner declines the prize, another name will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries received.
9. Lonza is not responsible for incorrect, lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted or incompletely received entries, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Lonza's server or elsewhere or entries not received by Lonza in time for the random drawings.
10. By entering, winner(s) agrees (a) to abide by these conditions and the decisions of Lonza and its representatives, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and indemnify Lonza (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with participation, awarding, acceptance or use of the prize(s).
11. Lonza reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this contest at any time without notice.
